Good morning, happy Sunday!! ☀️
Okay before church, before brunch, before any of that, I just need two minutes with you.
How are you actually going into this week?
Not the answer you give when somebody asks and you say "I'm good, I'm good." The real answer.
Because some of us are walking into this new week carrying last week. Carrying last month. Carrying things that happened way before that. And I just want to say...you're allowed to put that down now.
Whatever didn't work last week doesn't get to follow you into this one.
New week means you get to start fresh. Not because everything is magically fixed but because you made a choice to show up anyway.
To try again. To keep going. That is not small, sis. That takes real courage.
So here's what I want you to carry into this week instead.
You are capable of more than you've let yourself try. God hasn't run out of ideas for your life.
The dream you've been scared to chase is still worth chasing. And every single day you choose faith over fear, you get a little closer to the thing you've been praying about.
Walk into this week like you believe that. Because it's true.
Happy Sunday. I love y'all.
Go worship big today. 🙌🏾

Happy Saturday, friend!
I'm keeping this one short on purpose.
You don't need a long email today.
You need rest. You need to breathe. You need to actually be present with yourself and the people around you for a little while.
I know your brain is probably already thinking about next week.
The to do list. The things that didn't get done this week. The stuff you need to catch up on.
And I just want to gently say...not today. Today is for you. Not productive you. Not hustling you. Not always-has-it-together you.
Just you. The real one who needs a break.
Do something today that fills you back up.
Watch something that makes you laugh.
Cook something good.
Take a long walk.
Sit outside with your coffee and don't look at your phone for thirty whole minutes.
Whatever rest looks like for you, go do that.
You cannot keep pouring out without pouring back in.
The work will still be there Monday. I promise.
Enjoy your Saturday, love. For real this time.

Okay, friend...I want to ask you something and I want you to actually think about it before you keep scrolling.
What's the thing you keep talking yourself out of? The business. The book. The move. The conversation.
Whatever it is for you, you know what it is. It keeps coming back up. You think about it in the shower, in the car, right before you fall asleep.
And every time it shows up you come up with a really good reason why now isn't the right time.
I did that with this brand. I had every excuse. I don't have enough money to start. I don't know enough about running a business. Nobody's going to buy from me. What if I fail? I felt like I had to have everything together before I started.
And one day I just got tired of my own excuses. Like genuinely tired of them. And I did the thing scared. With no guarantee it was going to work. What I'm doing now, was NOWHERE near what I'm doing now. That was the best decision I ever made.
I'm not saying it's going to be easy. I'm not saying it's going to go perfectly. But I am saying that the thing sitting in your heart didn't get there by accident.
God put it there. And He doesn't plant things in people He hasn't already equipped them to grow.
You don't need everything figured out. You just need to take the first step and trust Him with the rest. What's your first step? Like actually, what is it?
Go do THAT today.💓

Hey, Sis!
I'm just going to get straight to it today because I don't want you to miss this. This entire month. for my birthday month, everything on the website is 20% off. No code. No hoops to jump through.
You just go to the site, pick what you want, and the discount is already applied at checkout.
That's the tees. The tumblers. The journals. The mugs. The decals. Everything.
I don't do sitewide sales very often, honestly because I put too much work into these pieces to discount them all the time.
But right now I want you to be able to get what you've been wanting without anything stopping you.
So if you've been eyeing the GIRL… Pray tee, go get it.
If the Becoming H.E.R. collection has been calling your name, now is literally the time.
If you've been wanting to grab something for a friend who needs a little encouragement right now, this is your moment to do that too. No code. No expiration date to stress about today.
Just 20% off, already waiting for you. Go shop, sis.
I'll be right here rooting for you.

Good Morning, Friend!
Sitting here with my coffee and felt like I needed to say this to somebody, so it's going to be you.
Rest is not the same as giving up. I think a lot of us, especially the women trying to build something, raise somebody, lead somewhere, we feel guilty the second we slow down.
Like resting means we're falling behind. Like if we're not constantly producing, we're failing.
But Sis, even God rested. On purpose. After He made everything, He looked at it, called it good, and stopped.
If the Creator of the Universe rested, you and I definitely can.
So today, however you choose to rest, whether that's actually doing nothing, or catching up on the laundry pile, or just sitting outside with no phone for twenty minutes, let that be enough.
You don't have to earn your rest by being exhausted first.
Take today a little slower, friend. T
he work will still be there tomorrow, and so will you, just a little more refreshed. T
Talk soon, Roz

Hey, Sis!
No agenda with this one, I just wanted to check on you.
It's Thursday, which means you've made it through most of the week already, even on the days it felt impossible.
And I want you to actually sit with that for a second instead of rushing past it like it's nothing.
You handled things this week that nobody even knows about.
You showed up when you didn't feel like it.
You kept your composure when you really wanted to lose it.
You prayed when you wanted to panic.
That's not small, sis. That's strength. That's the resilient woman God's been growing in you this whole time, even on the days it didn't feel like growth.
So today, be gentle with yourself.
You're allowed to rest.
You're allowed to not have it all together.
You're still healed, empowered, and resilient even on your messy days.
I see you. I'm proud of you. Keep going.
Roz
